Hopefully, this will give you an opportunity to move your body, release physical tension, and relax.
Currently, all yoga classes are happening online via Zoom.
Classes are suitable for all bodies - no prior experience required.
We typically have two classes per month - one on a week night
and one on the last Sunday of the month.
