Sweet Green Smoothie with Dandelion Greens

This smoothie was so good I wouldn’t stop making yummy noises, so I knew it was something I had to share. It was really simple. Here it is:

Ingredients

10 oz - Vanilla Soy Milk
1 cup - Dandelion Greens
1 cup - Frozen Strawberries
1 - Ripe Banana

*NOTE: replace soy milk with any other dairy-alternative like oat or almond milk. If you’d like to avoid the added sugar of a vanilla-flavoured milk, go natural and just add in 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract.

Simple. Easy. Om nom nom-worthy. I used a spoon to catch the last little bits in my Nutri-Ninja cup.

Question: how important is the colour of your smoothie to you? This one came out like a rosy-clay colour. Personally, no colour will through me. I’d rather not have food dyes change my food!
